Views

A view is a custom dashboard: several charts, filters, and tables composed into one screen, laid out however the question demands — the shape a single saved query can't cover. Views are live: they read your workspace data through saved queries and SQL, so what renders is always the current numbers, never a screenshot.

Built by agents

Views are Data Aqmen's flagship agent feature. You describe the dashboard you want — "funding by segment over time, with a table of the top companies" — and the agent writes the interface: it declares the queries it needs, composes the charts and controls, and the finished view lands in your workspace ready to open. You can build the underlying queries yourself in the UI, but the view itself is almost always agent-written.

Browsing views

The Views section lists every view as a card — its name, description, and what data it reads. Open one and it renders live, re-running its queries so the dashboard reflects the workspace as it is right now; Refresh re-runs them again on demand.

If a view reads a query or dataset that no longer exists, it is flagged broken with a list of what's missing — ask the agent to update it, or delete it.

Working with a view

From the view page you can file it into a collection, record insights against it, and delete it. Its name and description are part of the view itself — ask the agent to rename it or sharpen the description when you edit it, the same way it was built.

Faster with an agent — ask the agent to "build a dashboard showing funding by segment over time, with a drill-down into the companies behind each segment." It reuses your saved queries where they exist, writes the rest, and the dashboard appears under Views — live over your data.
