Collections & activity

A workspace that grows needs two things: structure, so you can find work, and a record, so you can trust it.

Collections

Collections are folders. Create them from the sidebar's +, nest them up to three levels deep, and group the datasets, queries, transformations, and views that belong to one project or question.

• The sidebar tree shows your collections; hover a folder to reveal a + for adding a child folder beneath it.
• Wherever you save or edit an entity, a collection picker files it in the right place — an entity lives in at most one collection.
• Each collection page lists everything inside it, so a project reads as one coherent surface instead of a scavenger hunt.

Activity

Activity is the workspace's append-only record of who did what: every import, transformation run, query save, and insight edit, in order. It is searchable, and every entry clicks through to the entity it touched. Because agents work in the same workspace, their actions land in the same feed — nothing an agent does is invisible.

Finding things

⌘K opens workspace search from anywhere: datasets, transformations, queries, views, and insights, all in one box.

Faster with an agent — agents file their own work: ask the agent to keep a project's datasets and queries in one collection, and it will create the folder and file into it as it builds. Then use Activity to audit exactly what it did, step by step, after the fact.
